Vacation Time

August is the time when most folks take their vacation in Spain, perhaps in other parts of Europe as well. The construction workers are off the entire month and many smaller businesses close. There is a marked difference in the amount of traffic as evidence of the fact that most folks leave the city. There's only a week left in August (hard to believe) and then things will be back to normal.
