A few weeks ago, we had a long weekend at school and I decided to take Biscuit and drive back to visit Jon & Kathy and friends from the church there. Jon was preaching that Sunday, so while he was busy working on his sermon on Saturday, Kathy and I drove into Barcelona to see a place I had never visited while I lived there - Tibidabo (from the Latin, meaning "I shall give you"), a reference to the Temptation of Christ when Satan took him to the top of a hill and offered him the world spread at his feet. (It is situated on a hill overlooking the town of Barcelona.)

Believe it or not, they built a small amusement park around the church.
Looking the other direction, you can see the road up the hill and part of the roller-coaster track.
The stairs we climbed up to the upper level (after taking the elevator to the second level).

Although cloudy and rainy when we arrived, the skies cleared before we left.
